As part of its ongoing commitment to its suppliers and other users of the TME Global Supplier Portal, being the Supplier.Toyota-Europe.com website ("TME Global Supplier Portal"), Toyota Motor Europe ("TME") or any other European Toyota Manufacturing Company or other Toyota affiliate makes reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of any user of the Supplier Portal (a "User") by maintaining the following privacy policy ("Privacy Statement") in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Statement is part of the agreement concerning the Terms of Use for the TME Global Supplier Portal.

TME may collect information from all Users of the TME Global Supplier Portal and Toyota Supplier Network ("Basic User Information"). User Information will include names and addresses of Users, and other information, which identifies and describes a User. TME will use Basic User Information for its ordinary course of business purposes in relation to suppliers, and to notify and communicate with Users concerning ongoing changes, modifications and additions to the Supplier Portal and the Toyota Supplier Network. By using this Supplier Portal, you agree and approve that TME can use and disclose Basic User Information for its own internal purposes and for TME promotional purposes. Except with respect to its right to disclose Site Data (defined below) and under the conditions specified herein, TME will not otherwise disclose nor provide Basic User Information to any third party, unless it is required to do so by applicable law or court order, without the prior written consent of the applicable User.

In the course of the use of TME Global Supplier Portal and the Toyota Supplier Network, Users will provide and obtain information, data, content and other materials to and from TME or its affiliates on a regular basis, both online and by other means ("Site Content"). All Site Content will be maintained by TME and by User as confidential information and, with the exception of the right of TME to disclose Site Data, will not be disclosed to any third party unless required to do so by applicable law or court order.

The TME Global Supplier Portal uses an infrastructure which maintains a record detailing the use of the website each time a User accesses the TME Global Supplier Portal. The information captured includes the domain name of the User, web page entry and exit points to the website, a history of the pages visited by a User on the TME Global Supplier Portal and the amount of time spent on the site (collectively, "Tracking Information"). TME will use the Tracking Information to study and develop usage trends, demographic analysis, statistical data and for other internal business purposes. Tracking Information will be considered confidential information and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required to do so by applicable law or court order. Cookies are used by TME to enable TME to identify Users of the TME Global Supplier Portal and to provide the Users with customized content and data. User consents to the use of these cookies by accessing, browsing and/or using the TME Global Supplier Portal website.

User hereby expressly approves and agrees that TME can collect Basic User Information, Site Data, Tracking Information and other information through cookies ("Site Data"). Furthermore, User hereby expressly approves and agrees that TME may use all Site Data for its own business purposes, including monitoring the use of TME Global Supplier Portal and the activity of any User, and for other general commercial purposes. TME explicitly states that with any commercial use of Site Data, it shall not provide any Site Data to any third party, which identifies or by which a particular User or specific transactions can be identified.

This Privacy Statement and the TME Global Supplier Portal may be updated, revised or modified by TME from time to time and at any time. All such updates, revisions or modifications will be effective when published by TME. TME will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to User of any updates, revisions or modifications, but shall not be obligated to provide any specific notice to Users. Notice may be given in any manner TME deems reasonable, including posting which appears on the TME Global Supplier Portal. User is encouraged to check for changes to the Privacy Statement regularly. By using the TME Global Supplier Portal and the Toyota Supplier Network following any modifications to the Privacy Statement, User will have confirmed its acceptance of the modification by ongoing use of TME Global Supplier Portal and/or the Toyota Supplier Network.

Users may access Site Data specific to such User pursuant to such procedures and requirements as are maintained by TME. In the event of errors and omissions, User may notify TME according to such notice procedures of such errors and omissions. TME will make all reasonable efforts to correct all errors and omissions within a reasonable time. User also has the right to ask the removal of its personal data from the records of TME at any time.

TME will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
