Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA is the copyright owner of, or has the necessary license rights to everything on this site and no portion of this site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any other manner or for any purpose than the normal use of this website, without TME’s express prior written permission. Modification or use of the material on this site for any other purpose violates TME’s legal rights.

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Supplier.Toyota-Europe.com website ("the TME Global Supplier Portal"), each user acknowledges that it has read, understood, agreed, and is bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Users will use the TME Global Supplier Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users will take the necessary precautions to ensure that all uploads are free from any viruses or other programming that may damage or interfere with the running of the TME Global Supplier Portal.

Users will not transmit through the TME Global Supplier Portal any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. Users are not allowed to create a link to the TME Global Supplier Portal, or create any frames at any other site dealing with any of the content found in this site, unless specifically authorised by TME in writing.

The TME Global Supplier Portal applications are considered and maintained as a secure and private site. Access to these applications has to be requested to and be provided by TME. All mentioned Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement of this site and any existing terms and conditions existing between Suppliers and TME apply.

TME shall have the right to terminate, limit or suspend access to all or any part of the TME Global Supplier Portal, with or without any notice, for any conduct that TME determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, is in violation of this agreement, any applicable System Requirement, any existing contract and terms and conditions, or is otherwise detrimental to the use and operation of the TME Global Supplier Portal.

The TME Global Supplier Portal and all applications found within are owned or licensed and operated by TME. The site contains trademarks, logos, copyrights, proprietary information, intellectual property, licensed rights, and other content owned or licensed by TME or any of its affiliates. Unless specifically authorised by TME, no material found on the TME Global Supplier Portal site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way or form. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be seen as giving any license, title or ownership for any material found on this site to any user.

TME may make changes to the TME Global Supplier Portal at any time with or without notice. This includes changes, additions, and deletions to content, applications, and/or services.

These Terms of Use may be modified or revised by TME at any time. The new version will come into effect from the moment it is published on the TMETME Global Supplier Portal site. TME will take reasonable effort to inform users of any changes but is not obligated to do so. Users are therefore encouraged to check for changes to the Terms of Use regularly. By using the TME Global Supplier Portal the users are viewed as agreeing to the current Terms of Use.

TME and/or its respective suppliers/licensors make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics, images published on this Supplier Portal for any purpose. ALL SUCH DOCUMENTS, RELATED GRAPHICS AND IMAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TME AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS/LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In no event shall TME, its affiliates and/or its respective suppliers/licensors be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this TME Global Supplier Portal. The documents, related graphics and images published on this TME Global Supplier Portal could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
